cLOUDDEAD - Ten

I love me some indy-hop. cLOUDDEAD are a fairly recent discovery of mine. I heard a few tracks on a mix CD that a hip-hop fanatic friend of mine made and immediately I went out to get my hands on their back catalogue. They manage to make the most chilled out and dream like hip-hop I've ever heard but at the same time make it awkward and at times they use slightly nauseating imagery (see "Dead Dogs Two"). It's music that gives you no clues as to how you're supposed to feel.

This is the second release from cLOUDEAD but their debut is worth looking in to as well. Go to amazon to get copies, they're going pretty cheap.
